Margaret Curtis- Harpist & Pianist
Originally from Sydney, Margaret began her musical studies on piano at age 4. Achieving her Associate diploma at 16 she continued studying until achieving her Performance Fellowship with the Trinity College of Music, London. In 2000 she commenced studies on the harp with Louise Johnson, principal harpist for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
Margaret is well known and regarded as an accomplished performer and accompanist on the harp and piano. She has performed with various orchestras including the Australian Doctors Orchestra and is currently resident harpist and pianist with the Lismore Symphony Orchestra. In 2015 she was the Musical Director for the Bangalow Theatre Company as well as performing in solo recitals, accompanying choirs and solo instrumentalists. Available to perform solo or as a duo with harp & flute.
